All Smiles Fade Away ::open::

It had been a year ago that the black haired beauty had returned to this dock. A year ago he came for a similar reason he is here for now. His heart bled day and night for the one he mourned for. "Adisseas...." Came the soft, silky voice of Matheous, the owner of Adisseas. A year ago he came here to burry his pet, and 'friend.'
He didn't realize how much he would miss his dearly beloved man. He didn't have anything left that was living. His large estate only held the servants and his very cold body. Adisseas no longer slept in that bed, he no longer cooked dinner, he no longer gave that comfort that Matheous missed so much. Yes the comfort was false....but he still imagined. "Why did you do it?"
He whispered once more with half open blue eyes. He gazed out to the vast blue waters infront of him and watched the moon reflect upon the blue. Once a month he came here, and each time he questioned what happened and why. Each time he cried horribly for his lose. Everything he loved was gone.....Adisseas....and 'Him.'

A soft clicking could be heard in the distance as Aurolus walked along the docks in a swift manner. He wasn't in the mood for company, but he could not very well keep it away. He saw a figure and stopped walking to look over. He hoped the man had not seen him, but he sensed it was a vampire, and knew he most likely had.

Matheous could sense the vampire that was close by. Hell, he noticed him a while back, but he payed no mind. He proved to be no real threat to him. All he did was pay his visitation to his once beautiful creation.
He now noticed the being was closer. All he did was turn his head around to look back and see the figure. He had a severly pale face, as if he were sick or sad, and a grim line was upon his lips. He did not frown or smile, only stilled himself. He shook his head and looked back to the water before him. He regretted everything now....every last thing.

"I cannot believe you remember my love but do not recall me.....how rude of you not to stop by and say hello..." He falsely pouted, faking offense. There was no avoiding knowing this beauty if one knew Sirchade. He walked up to the vampires side. "Been a while, no?" He smiled a bit. Aurolus actually despised being happy, as he told all. However, there was no avoiding it. He was Gabriel's embodiment. That of Happiness, and regardless of how he felt, not a damn thing could be done.

Matheous stayed completly cold and quiet as Aurolus spoke. He was just not in a mood to speak witty and cool like he usually did at the moment. He let a sigh and looked to Aurolus in silence. It immediatly snapped after five seconds of searching. This was that man he saw in Sirchade's home. That one that Sirchade called "Brother."
What was he doing here? Why was he here? He sighed and looked back to the water with those saddened blue eyes. He took a hesitant breath and crossed his arms. "Aurolus....I had forgotten about you. It has been so long....I have forgotten so much. How are you? What brings you here?" He asked in a soft but deeply depressed voice. He tried to sound at least half hearted, but that was to hard.

"I am doing well. I am at a good point in this undead life. I am here on a walk....you, on the other hand, do not seem to be....what's wrong, love?" He tilted his head and let his cheerful voice tone down to a calm hush. "You can tell me."
His once tall stance slouched a bit, feeling safe enough to relax. He guessed he was always so careful because he was so vulnerable.

He smirked and a small breath came from his throat. He closed his blue eyes and let the very gentle night breeze brush past his pale face. His black locks fell infront of his face, giving him a majestic look to himself. "I am glad to hear you are good. At least someone is doing alright." He seemed distressed, and it was getting harder to act.
"You can tell me."
Yes, he could if he wanted to. He had never talked to anyone about his problem. He really didn't have anyone to talk to anymore. Maybe this would be good for him. "My fledgling, Adisseas, killed himself a year ago. I took his ashes and let him cast away here. I am comming back to repay him. I am depressed in the fact that I lost something I truely cared for. I thought I found love with someone.....but they left me. I have lost everything." He looked like he wanted to cry, but he bit his bottom lip to refrain from those tears.

Aurolus stopped for a moment to register how it must feel to lose a fledgling. He would die if he lost Elexi. His shoulders sort of sluped and he held his breath for a moment as if time had stopped for that moment.
"I have lost everything."
He was almost afraid to ask who, but let the word slip shakily from his lips.
He looked at him calmly. "I'm sure not everyone would leave if given the chance to be with you..."

He let a cold sigh and crossed his arms loosly. His heart pounded in anger at himself. He had caused all of this. He was the cause of his fledgling's death. He had caused his own heart to grow silent. He had put himself in his very own Asylum. Now he was driving himself into madness, and he felt like no one was there to help him at all.
"No Aurolus....people run from me. They scream in terror because of me. Hell...I would run away from me. Over my life, I have made a name for myself, but now....now I am a horrible man. I have made myself this way." He paused to breath for a moment and let a tear slide from his eyes. He took a hard breath and continued.
"I let the two greatest things leave me....and now I have nothing. I have driven myself to this." He stopped and put his hands on his stomach. "I haven't fed in five months. I am paler than a ghost, and my mind wanders off. Aurolus....I am nothing anymore." He whispered lowly and closed his glossy eyes.

He canted his head to the left and bit his lip softly, drawing blood. Then this godlike vampire leaned forward and kissed Matheous, leaving blood stained upon the other's lips.
"Take it. For a full-fledged vampire, I seem to have too much. A small amount like that could not kill me."
He chuckled and looked at him again seriously. "Then find something new and something greater to hold on to. I am not saying that the two you speak of are unimportant, however it always helps to have someone or something." He gently touched Matheous' shoulder, smiling a bit. "I know exactly how it feels to lose someone..." His fledgeling had not passed away, only asked for freedom. Aurolus could not deny him that. But he knew it was that Elexi wanted to escape Aurolus and his horrid self.

Needless to say, Matheous was quite taken back by that quick action from Aurolus. He didn't quite expect that to happen at all. He could feel the hot red liquid on his lips, but not before the soft pressing of those gentle lips.
'Perhaps he is the one that he left for....
He thoguht to himself before taking the little blood that was givin. That was an incredibly dangerous move. Had there been to much blood involved, things could have been bad. "Yes Full Fledged vampires such as ourselves do have to much. Psh, but not me. That little bit does make mee feel a bit better...." He said softly and looked down at his feet.
He looked back to Aurolus and frowned. "Did your feldging kill himself? Did someone you thought loved you leave you alone? Someone you thought was supposed to be with you and someone you would never expect, leave you? Tell me that." He said with a shaken breath. He was on that verge of tears again and his body was shaking violently. It was so hard to keep himself held back.

Aurolus offered a genuine smile to Matheous. "Well I am glad I made you feel better. I hope my kissed served a good purpose as well?"
He, too, frowned sadly, but tried desperately to turn it into a smile. "My fledgeling left me because I am disgusting. I have no use in this forsaken world, so he had no use for me. I thought I loved him, but...I let him go. Haven't seen my poor dear in years....so yes, I have indeed lost someone, both a fledgeling and a supposed love all at once.....But...now I find these odd feelings developing for another, but.....I have no idea what to do! I cannot even tell him. He pretends well, but what his intentions are, I am not sure....I am....afraid!" He had to laugh a bit.

Matheous smirked half heartedly. He knew that perhaps a smirk at Aurolous for his little kiss might make him feel a tad bit better. In fact, it was actually quite heart warming. If he weren't so depressed and upset, it would have had a greater effect. He shook that aside though and looked back to Aurolous. That little comment seemed to intrigue him now.
"Well, why not speak your mind to him? Then again it will depend on what his personality is like. What is this person like? Is he warm hearted and loving, or is he cold and ruthless with a bitter heart? It all depends on who and what he is. Do you know him very well, or is he someone you desire to get to know?" His questions were deep, and a bit rapid at pace, but all very needed to give the advice this vampire might need.

Aurolus smiled faintly, not absolutely sure he should speak. "He is cruel....but he understands me more than any other. he knows of my pain and I love him for everything he has done and has been...I know him well and he..." he blushed in slight embarassment. "He is the only one I can say I really love...in a romantic way at least....I just wish he could see that.....I know he would not mind if I told him, but it is the rejection I am afraid of taking..." Aurolus shook a bit, covering his eyes to hide the pain he felt when he thought of him. His love was so...whorish. He was selfish.

"Yes....I see." He paused and took a deep breath. He had a slight feeling that he knew of this lover. He could hear Aurolus screaming his name in his mind. Yes, it was a form of ease dropping, but it was just so out spoken. He was sure Aurolus did not know of Matheous being able to hear what others sppeak in their mind though. He would not press with it now either.
"We must all fear rejection one way or the other. It is how we handle this rejection that matters. Do not get selfish when rejection comes. It never works in the end. If you tell this loved one of yours that you do love him, then accept the answer either way." He paused to take a breath and his depressed blue eyes gazed longingly at the cold waters. "I think you should tell him though. See what he will say." He spoke solomnly and shifted his weight uncomfortably to his right. 'Adisseas.....'
